All open orders have been refunded and cancelled.
If your order has not been refunded then it is already boxed and sat on my sofa waiting for Hermes to collect.
They have already failed to collect during the booked time and the rebooked time.... and the rebooking after that but I am now sending hourly messages to their email customer services team as they don't actually have a phone line.
To clear this up there are only 2 customers that have not been issued refunds yet as I hold some hope of a collection happening soon. 1 is for a set of braided brake hoses and the other is a turbo manifold and clutch.
If you don't fall into the above category then check your original payment method as the funds have been returned.
